Residential complex Vlašim

A set of apartment buildings and two townhouses works with three separate buildings. We emphasized the creation of uncomplicated objects of pure form, whose strength is in the detail. On the façade we work with white brickwork combined with white render, with these white masses complemented by timber elements in the balconies, loggia cladding and street fencing. The fencing plays an important role. The individual planks are stacked at a certain angle to obstruct views into the gardens, but also to retain a certain transparency and not create an unwanted barrier in the newly created street.
