We present to you a newly built compact ground floor house, harmoniously integrated into a gentle slope. This location allowed us to create a terraced layout in the garden, which we carefully planted to blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. The house is designed as a cosy rectangular structure that blends elegantly into the landscape. As part of the overall concept, we have integrated a covered pergola that provides an ideal place to relax outdoors, while offering practical storage for garden furniture. This pergola is a unique combination of steel, cetris cladding and wood, creating a striking visual effect while ensuring long-term durability. On the street side of the house, a covered vehicle parking area is included, offering not only protection but also aesthetic harmony with the overall design of the building. This feature is carefully designed to harmoniously complement the architectural style of the house, while providing safe and convenient parking. Its design and placement have been thoughtfully considered to be in harmony with the surrounding environment while emphasizing the overall elegance and functionality of the house.
